Our Story

The Nigeria Youth Mentorship and Entrepreneurship Forum (NYMEF) was formed with a profound conviction: that the youth of Nigeria are not just the leaders of tomorrow, but a powerful force for positive change today. We are a youth-led and youth-focused organization dedicated to unlocking this vast potential.

Our journey began with the observation that while Nigerian youth are brimming with talent, creativity, and ambition, they often lack the guidance, resources, and an enabling environment to fully realize their capabilities. NYMEF was established to bridge this gap.

Our Mission

To improve the quality of youthful life through mentoring, guidance, inclusive engagement, and all forms of progressive activities for a better Nigeria. We strive to invest in young people through skills training, orientation, competitions, sporting activity, and education.

Our Vision

To change the recent narratives toward creating a better and finer image for Nigeria by nurturing a generation of self-reliant, innovative, and socially responsible young leaders who contribute meaningfully to national development.

Our Collective Ideology

The collective ideology of the Nigeria Youth Mentorship and Entrepreneurship Forum is the strong belief that the youth themselves, leadership of their affairs requires encouragement for young people to focus their creative potential to wards the betterment of themselves, their families and communities they live in, also representing the best investment for the future of Nigeria. The main purpose of creating the Nigeria Youth Mentorship and Entrepreneurship Forum is to help in the grooming, mentoring, training and nurturing children and young people to grow in sanity, patriotism, orderliness, a good orientation and to accomplish their full potential by overcoming social and economic challenges.

We shall mentor young minds, support them where necessary. We are willing to partner with private and government agencies, NGOs, Unions, professional bodies and any legal organization.
